First of all a BIG Thank You. I ordered the set of 5 which included Moringa, Hibiscus, Baoba, Super cacao and the Fornio. I have been using the first 4 everyday and have been feeling much better and energised. I bought a hand held battery (milk) whisk which i find blends the powder better with the liquids whether it be water or milk. The Fornio is a grain a bit like couscous but is gluten free and high in iron which is great as my daughter is coeliac. You just need to treat it like couscous and add lots of flavours to it like fresh herbs, lime juice, pepper or whatever you prefer.
