Bought two bracelets received both very quickly but unfortunately one without the extra links that was ordered and one without a clasp. Emailed and the error was put right immediately and both the missing links and a full replacement bracelet sent that day. They even included a pre paid envelope to return the one back to them without the clasp. Bracelets look lovely and without a doubt I would recommend this company and will be using again when needed.
