I bought my first magnetic bracelet from MPS about a month ago and OMG what a difference it has made. I was suffering from severe pain/tingling and tightening in my left hand, (at night, whilst trying to sleep), which would progress up my arm, reducing me to tears because it was so painful. The only way to relieve the pain was to get up and 'shake my arm' (it was as though my arm was still asleep and I wasn't) to wake it up. Since I have been wearing my Magnetic Bracelet, the pain I was experiencing is almost non-existent. I am not woken up at night in agony and even the 'tingling', like ' pins & needles' has reduced. Overall, a fantastic product which I would recommend to anyone suffering from forms of arthritis, sciatica or even general aches and pains. Just remember, when ordering a bracelet from MPS ensure that it has 6+ Magnets, otherwise it may not have the desired effect. Julie in Cornwall
