completed my 3 day course, you're required to submit a assignment (approx 6000 word essay) in 3 weeks (which is fine) however during the covid-19 period members of my family fell ill and had symptoms and as the NHS website guidelines i quarantined, therefore i was unable to post the assignment in which i emailed their office and did not receive any response.. until i managed to post my assignment and received an email asking for £25 PW for late submission.. so i called the office and had a very rude female representative on the phone and basically told me i should've risked it and posted the assignment regardless of the illness, or the fact i couldve been infectious.
