I purchased 2x130 amp AGM leisure batteries October 21 with an expected life of 5 years they are now dead showing 5and 6amps respectively I contacted the company to tell them my problem and was confronted with a barrage of aggressive verbal onslaught hardly giving me time to speak I had a technical chap doing some other work on my Motorhome and I had asked him to check my batteries because the 12v system kept turning its self off after checking he said it was the batteries so I contacted advanced batteries and while the technician was still there I put him on the phone to explain he was faced with the same abuse and handed back the phone so I was told to leave the batteries overnight and recheck preferably take to Halfords and get them to check I read previous Reviews unfortunately after I had bought the batteries it seems this is the standard customer service don’t expect any guarantee or service the website is good the delivery is good the batteries are very very poor I’m not sure if the person on the phone is an employee or linked the the ownership that wouldn’t surprise me otherwise it would have been rectified
