I ordered an 'Advanced Batteries' branded battery. The ordering and delivery service was good. However when the battery failed in less that a year, I found it impossible to 'convince' the company that there is anything wrong. I have had to call the RAC on 3 separate occasions to jump start the car and they concluded the battery was at fault, then at at the company's requested I provided a battery Test Report that concludes the battery should be replaced. I was confronted with 'spurious science' and unsound explanations and could not make any reasonable progress to resolve the matter. I am now pursuing other means to resolve this. I would not recommend this company.
