As a small business I have to watch every penny but I also have to ensure all bases are covered in terms of insurance. I cannot fault AIC, in particular Sue Evans who went out of her way to understand every detail of my business to create a bespoke cover. Although my insurance was cheaper than competitors I know for sure everything is covered. Sue knows her insurance and takes time to know the business she is dealing with.
