If I could give you a 0 I would, you telephoned me about what you class as a personal matter, as I have never heard of you or had no dealings with you, I refused to give you my personal details, I spoke to another lady today, who told me you had written to me, which I have not recieved ant letter from you, on checking her file she said it was not the address on my file but would not tell me what address she had, I suspect this is a spam site, and will be in contact with the fca. And the ombudsman, would advise everyone not to make any payment to this company without a thorough check
