great organization from raine and noella on the ground. all arrangements were well taken care of and fuss free. the team on the trek itself was very genuine and sincere in ensuring that we were well provided for and comfortable. they were friendly and really made us feel like part of the family. steve was well organised, paced us well and rarely left our side. super responsible and sorted out anything that needed sorting patrick brought up the rear well, ensuring that we were always together and hanging in there. between the 2 of them, they got us up to the peak with their encouragement and help, and got us down real quick walking hand in hand with us so that we'd be steady despite the slippery sandy terrain. the rest of the team were all on hand to welcome us back before we even reached the tents to help with bags and even a welcome drink! it was all a really touching affair! other than the peak day, all along the way, everyone was kind and genuine and always ensured we were well cared for. couldnt have asked for more!
