After knowing the situation about Rodri on an Aegean flight (Rodri went missing in transit on flight A3331on 08.03.2024 due to someone/something had damaged her carrier) I was shocked with this company's attitude towards its customers. Rodri's family was left with no answers and proper help, and the thousands of comments and questions in social media are completely ignored… This company is not trustworthy. If something goes wrong on their flights, you get no help from them. Aegean Airlines is responsible for investigating with their supplier Goldair handling and demand why and where the "incident" took place. Remaining in silent and providing no update is totally unacceptable!!
