Steve cut my bedroom cable and tooknif out without me knowinh and then tried to say there wasn't a cable there in the first place. Then I was told it would cost me £144 to put it back in again. I refused. Also you advertise prices for aerials from £69. The cheapest you do is from £133. I paid £248 for big standard aerial as you added on service charge. Total rip off. Had a quote off another company to put it right for £70 including new cable and fitting etc. Your company is s disgrace. Needless to say a report had gone to Trading Standards.
