It's vital to emphasize that I expected my complaint to be taken seriously and handled with the respect I deserved as a paying customer. After all, they had made a commitment to guarantee their work, and I was simply requesting they fulfil their promise.
The most disheartening part of this ordeal was the promised follow-up call from an engineer. This call, which was meant to address the issues with the job, never materialised. Despite my patience and numerous attempts to reach out, it was as though my concerns fell on deaf ears. This lack of follow-through on their part is not just disappointing but a glaring example of their disregard for customer satisfaction.
I was initially drawn to Aerial Force due to their promise of quality and customer assurance, but my experience has left me deeply disillusioned.
