After all, they had made a commitment to guarantee their work, and I was simply requesting they fulfil their promise. The most disheartening part of this ordeal was the promised follow-up call from an engineer. This call, which was meant to address the issues with the job, never materialised. Despite my patience and numerous attempts to reach out, it was as though my concerns fell on deaf ears.
