The guys from Ariel Force are absolute class. I logged an enquiry at 10.00pm and they followed it up with a call at 07.15 the next day. They sent me a SMS at 10.00 to say their engineer was approximately an hour away and a chap called Gavin arrived at arrived at 11.30, diagnosed the problem, fitted a new Ariel and cabling and left the premises at 12.15. Now that is what you call customer service!
