The engineer arrived and was very respectful from the offset, insisting that he wore shoe coverings to protect my flooring. He was approachable and listened to my concerns before addressing the problem. Same price invoiced as that quoted by the office administration staff - who were also very helpful and polite. I was shocked to read the poor reviews on Google after my visit. I am very pleased with the overall service and would highly recommend.
