I would have given 0 if I could. Poor communication all day until an engineer arrived at 6.30.
Lied about price 59£ plus vat call out plus parts LIE you charged £80 labour on top for 5 mins work. We feel ripped off those lnbs cost £40 and your charging £120.
Would never use or recommend you ever again.
