Terrible service! DO NOT USE! The engineer visited our house on 17/02, advised we would need an additional part which he did not have, he told us what to buy and charged us £60 for the pleasure of him being here less than 10 minutes! He said if the part we had to buy did not work to call him back and he would re-visit. The part DID NOT WORK. We called him continuously for 6 weeks to be fobbed off and not have our calls returned. My partner then called the office multiple times and the customer service was truly SHOCKING. He was promised a callback from a manager 2 weeks running which never happened, the salesman was completely rude and had a truly disgusting attitude. We are now left OUT OF POCKET, UNHAPPY and in the same situation we was in before this wonderful company sent out their shoddy engineer over 2 months ago! BE WARNED - COMPLETE CON ARTISTS!
