Darren, the Engineer, checked the signal coming from my TV aerial, relayed why my TVs were not working, told me that although the previous engineer had installed 2 new aerials “which were exactly the same which was unnecessary“ (I’ll leave you to draw your own conclusions as to why), he did not set them up properly. I then needed to purchase 3 pieces of extra equipment in order to get my TVs to work properly. It was expensive and I hated having to pay again to get the TVs sorted but as one of them in particular was missing BBC and ITV channels intermittently over 6 months I “bit the bullet” and got it done. I’m very pleased that I did. I have never ever seen so many channels on my TVs. They went from 44 (97 max at times) to 197. I am now seeing programmes on my TV that I never even knew existed and my 10 yr old TV which I thought I might have to throw out is now working just like new. Darren did a fantastic job. It was expensive especially after I had already paid out to have it done by a “so-called” professional from a building site BUT it was well worth it!!! Thank you Darren.
