Live chat booking was a bit mixed up but once that was sorted we had a confirmed appointment for the next day Engineer was very pleasant even though it was pouring with rain Respected our property even taking his shoes off as it was so wet outside Good job done excellent reception since Gave us confidence that if there were any problems afterwards they would be sorted Job well done A little more expensive that other quotes but we felt the service and workmanship was worth it
