Used their on line chat service, very helpful chap booked a visit for this afternoon before 1800, this was around 1400, received a call at 1545 to advise engineer with me within 20 mins. Shaun Saward arrived bang on time and diagnosed the fault within 5 mins. Gave options and all resolved in less than an hour despite the pouring rain. Very pleased and highly recommend. 👍
