Quoted £49 for repair so accepted. On that basis, I left 98 yo mother in law on her own.
She called me to say when guy arrived, he said (surprise surprise) aerial needed to be replaced. She felt she had no option to accept price of £300!
Tried to call to complain, but no one was available to take a call.
