amazingly quick and excellent job! Called back after 20 seconds, then engineer here within an hour and brand new aerial less than an hour later! I had put up with missing channels and poor reception for months. I should have done this ages ago. Engineer was polite and friendly, explained what needed doing and did a very neat job of the cable
