Called on behalf my mum who needed an old aerial removed. I was quoted £70 on the phone , they didn't turn up on the original day due and didn't call until 6pm that day to say they couldn't come, did come the following day but then told my mum it would be an extra £20 on top of the original quote as they had to use a extra ladder. So disappointed would not use this company again.
