Pathetic company, I have been claiming for my refund for 8 month after my flight from Madrid to Bangkok got cancelled due to the corona circus. First they said... it will take 7 days to process your refund, then, 10, then 20. then 30, then 3 months, I am still claiming and no response. If I post a review they reply with the typical customer service approach... We are sorry this has happened, please contact us bla bla bla. The truth is then I try to contact them and no solution is provided, instead... more ghosting tactics to keep my money. They offer shitty vouchers so they can keep the money, never an email, never a call, proper thieves. Shame on you Aeroflot. The Russian mafia would be proud of you.
