Last month we agreed on a payment plan and I made the first payment. This month Affinity Water just can't stop harassing me by phone, e-mail and letters demanding immediate payment and threatening to end my payment plan! I want to know when UK government will pay attention to the unethical practices of this company which monopolised the water supply in Bedfordshire and therefore doesn't feel the need for improvement.
