Awful company. Shame you can't avoid this useless company as you're stuck with them. They have been unhelpful and given me stress everytime I needed to phone them. No support whatsoever despite being a Priority customer. They never phone you back even when you've made 2 complaints about them not calling you back. They just don't seem to care about good customer service. Can't believe they're getting away with giving poor service to their customers. They're more interested in you signing up for their plumbing and drain insurance. Every time I phone, they keep pushing me to take out their plumbing and drain insurance, even though I keep telling them I'm not interested. I would never take out any of their other services from the way they've treated me. Unfortunately we're stuck with this useless utility company and can't even move to another utility company. Even giving them one star is too generous for them.
