Affinity water call center, employee named Vicky,extremely rude. While reading a message from my Affinity Account she told me that I don't know nothing , she didn't let me explain properly the reason of my call. I would really want honestly to get in contact with a manager as this is outrageous. I mean, I know we need water but to treat costumers like that ... And don't let them explain the reason of the call becouse you are continually interrupting ! Rude, no manners. Cheap attitude from cheap people
