I ordered my 50 shirt order on December 29th. I received very little in the way of updates and any information at all. When
I finally received my order it came around June 10th. When it came to me the order was incomplete and there was no heads up about that. I was missing 6-7 shirts in the original order which is a lot. I was assured they would be here soon and many apologies.
Upon a close inspection of my order I noticed I have only 36 shirts that are in perfect condition. The others have many defects and this order was a custom logo with reflective print. The reflective print is not consistent and there are many errors in the order. They did not refund or give me new shirts to replace these. So I ordered 50 shirts and only received 36 usable and sellable shirts which came over 6 Months later. I have added photos below to show exactly what I am talking about. 3 months later I received a message from Jason saying that I could leave this review and also get 10% off of my next order. I would say that is very insulting and I am absolutely unsatisfied with affix apparel. To make money on 36 of these shirts instead of 50 of them I would have to sell them at $75 each which isn’t going to happen so thank you affix apparel for no communication, high prices and when it came to my order many defects in the “quality” you supplied. I didn’t have to leave this, but I would like people to have an honest review and here is that.
In the pictures below you can see that some logo is unreadable and this is on multiple shirts right on the front chest. Also all of the XXXL shirts came with blurry logo and when they resent them mostly the same thing
I didn’t get a refund or anything so buyer beware
