Hello Chris, we have sent you the complete order and until now, you were satisfied with the quality of the products we have sent you and not only the products, you were happy that you have received the complete order after a little mishap which we did rectify by sending you the missing pieces. In regards to the refund, when you raised this issue, we offer to send you the missing pieces for which you agreed to it. As for the discount offer, I offer you this because you were satisfied with the quality of our products and thus we offer you it as you are our customer and will be. I have sent you two emails after my initial feedback email and not once I heard from you about this issue which you are telling here and if you would have told me about this issue earlier then we would have definitely provided you with the additional pieces because we are in this business for a long term relationships, we are not like other manufacturer that takes an amount from client and forgets about them.
