African drumming is the most enjoyable way to exercise your brain to FOCUS (for a solid hour of group drumming), REMEMBER (you need to commit the rhythms to memory) and CLARIFY (the patterns start becoming more familiar and starts making more sense). In addition it is such a fantastic drumming community where everyone is there to enjoy the group vibe and all of the teachers are incredibly talented individuals who love to impart their skills!! Highly recommend to give it a try for some weeks at least and see if you make the connection to the spirit of the drum beats. :) Sandra
