I inquired about several different trips to Africa with different companies. Once I found African Overland Tours I found a tour that would fit my interests and time of year that I could take a trip like this. I was in contact with Ingrid right off the bat. Through several inquiries she was very knowledgeable but also genuine, outgoing, and kind. All questions and concerns were either answered or looked into with prompt responses. A trip like this can be very stressful as far as making that final decision to go for it. Ingrid did her best to help me make the decision to go and to know that I was in good hands!
