I’ve ordered from AG many times in the past but this order was badly handled.
7 days after receding an AG email informing me that the item had been despatched I emailed AG as I still had not received the item.
24 hours later I had not had a reply and so I telephoned. I was told that they did have my email but from the conversation it appeared that it had been investigating. and despatched. Things do go wrong after the product has left the warehouse and I have no problem with that. However I was informed that it may have been marked as despatched as there was no tracking information. The AG chap said he would investigate.
I heard nothing else so I phoned again either the next day or the day after to be told that the item would be with me later that day. Sure enough it arrived.
So happy me.
I will order from AG again but better communication would be helpful once a problem has been discovered.
