I was pleased with my initial contact with AG Woodcare Products Ltd. The person I spoke to was helpful and gave me all the information that I needed about the product that I was intending to buy. They were to email me a photo of the shades available to aid my choice as I couldn’t visit in person. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. After a couple of weeks I contacted them again and they were apologetic. We had a further chat about shades and I agreed to buy the shade they recommended. They posted the product to me which I received a few days later. It was a pity that I had to chase them though. I didn’t feel very valued as a customer.
