I contacted AG Woodcare Technical line for some advice on products I could use to clean a black water mark out of my oak floor. The chap who answered the phone was brilliant and took me through exactly what needed doing, in which order and and what products I should use (which was exactly in line with what I had already researched myself soo I felt confident I was getting good information). I ordered the products the same day via the website which was easy, I had confirmation of order and confirmation of despatch within the same day. The delivery arrived 2 days later and I even had texts so I knew to within 1 hour of when to expect the delivery. I haven't had time to attempt the repair yet but so far as the company and they service they have provided to me, five stars.
