I ordered 2 tins of Osmo wood oil (a very good product) at a very competitive price and paid for next day delivery because I was taking the oil for use overseas. I was emailed back almost immediately advising that only one can was in stock, but that further stocks were on order and would be available the following day. Cancellation of the order was offered. I agreed to delivery one day later than planned and immediately I was offered a refund of my next day delivery fee, without having to ask. The oil arrived as promised, very well packaged. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful when phoned, and pricing is very competitive. I will definitely use again. Very highly recommended.
