Placed my order (Rystic Timbacare 5ltr clear) around 10am, arrived before 11am next day - impressive! Would have given 5 stars but was expecting a mobile/landline call to give me my 1hour slot but, this came as an e-mail, although sent some two hours before product arrived I did not pick this up. Need to be clearer as to HOW this contact will be made.
