I had neglected a balcony of made of decking which looked unsightly and was dangerousy slippery. After a good cleam and treatment with Rystix Penetrating Oil it looked as good as new and has kept the appearnace over 1 year. I am taking no chances and ordered another can to retreat as soon as weather allows.
