Haven't used the products yet but know the make. My main grouse is the delivery system - no use telling me when you will deliver [which you did at the appointed time] if your delivery person doesn't ring the doorbell; I was in the garden, would have heard the bell but not a knock on the door so had to go to my neighbours to collect; as she had gone out it took several tries before I got the parcel. I know that delivery people are up against it timewise but this keeps happening [other firms] so please try to get your people to be a little more patient and use the bell.
