The company sent me 2 products which had a damage to the dispensing cap and I sent them pictures as evidence. I have repeatedly explained that I want to keep the product given I already got rid of the packaging. They kept insisting I send it back and would be happy to pay for the new packaging to be sent to me and also to pay for the post. I honestly think this is so wrong, as the company could simply apply those extra costs incurred on the discount and just reduce the price given the condition it arrived. This is the most wasteful, environmentally unfriendly and very rigid and not flexible way of dealing with the problem. They are not client oriented either simply robotic. I won’t be dealing with this company anymore as the common sense seems to be lacking and customer service is poor.
