what do I need to do to get a reply from you? Ive sent two messages already but no feedback! Im trying to track my parcel (order 5.1., today 16.1.) but dpd let me know that the tracking number you have sent on the sending confirmation in “not in their format” and they cant find any parcel thats on the way to my delivery address... I dont kniw how to approach this if you dont reply to my messages, plus I really need the items I have ordered...
update: finally got a reply to my 3rd message with the information I needed, the delivery service didnt leave any notification so I didnt know the parcel was in the pick up store and found out just in time before it would have been sent back... so problem solved in the end but it was a bit of a hassle...
