This was our first time doing such a major renovation -- full basement rip out and redo. As with many such things, there will be ups and downs. All individuals were very pleasant and helpful. I especially highlight Natasha in accounting and Randy who does the final touch ups. The painter was excellent and Adam our project manager was very knowledgeable. Watch for design glitches like forgetting about the bulkhead in the kitchen design. The window and carpenter workers had to return to redo and fix up. But that's the thing. Anything that was not done properly, (and there wasn't much of that), was fixed with no fuss. Be patient. Be kind and AGM will get the job done well. They were very fast and efficient. We are VERY happy with the results.
