I strongly advise against booking with Agnitravel! We had booked a week's holiday at the beginning of April 2020 in Mallorca for €569. When the lockdown was announced 15 days before the start of our holiday, it was impossible for us to travel to Mallorca. We tried to contact agnitravel many times during 6 months, Facebook page (which was deleted during April 2020), phone, email, but our requests remained unanswered. Radio silence for 6 months. It was only in November 2020, when we tried to call them back, that they replied. Delighted we spoke to the customer service who informed us that we could have a voucher for the amount of our booking or a refund of about 500€ of our booking. We were delighted and asked them to confirm this by email. Surprise! In their email they only indicated a credit note of 200€! We called them back and were told not to call them again! Following this, we looked into using this 200€ credit for the same vila at the same period, surprise, the rates had doubled and we had to add a considerable sum again! I TOTALLY DISCONTINUE AGNITRAVEL, no understanding, unkind and incompetent customer service! It's a pity, on the surface this site seemed serious!
