We had booked an apartment in Tuscany through Agni Travel. We had already planned a quarantine on return. Italy has now imposed a 5 day quarantine for our travel date on site. The agency said we can enjoy the house. Wait a minute after the 7 days booked. We are not allowed to quarantine or make any purchases. We didn't have an answer when asked who looked after us in the vacation rental. It would have been possible to change the booking in high season for an additional € 3,500. But there is no money back and it was not possible to rebook until 2022. Get your hands off this agency, they are scammers!
