Where do I start!!! This company tried very hard to steal nearly £3000 off me. I had booked and paid in full for my holiday earlier than I needed to, and then Covid came. I tried to contact Agni Travel to see what could be done and they said Nothing. So because I knew I couldn't do anything, I let them think I was still going on holiday. I knew this greedy company would get up to some more tricks closer to my scheduled holiday. Sure enough they did and started to pester me into cancelling so I stood my ground and said "if you give no refund then I dont cancel" I knew this would prevent them from trying to put my villa back up for rental, as I fooled them into thinking I had dome magical way of going. Sure enough 9 days before I was due to go on holiday Agni made an unauthorised cancellation of my holiday WITHOUT my permission!! So now Agni had made a BIG error!! Because now I had the ammunition to make a claim on my credit card, so I did and I won!! Every single bit of money I paid, was put back into my account TIP: AGNI have force majeure in their out of date pathetic terms and conditions. Their force majeure claus is Non specific VERY IMPORTANT. if you had to cancel due to covid, then this is a frustrated contract, and Force majeure is not a big enough rock for Agni to hide under Thats how you do it guys and gals!!! YOU DONT ACCEPT VOUCHERS, VOUCHERS ARE FOR LOSERS!! (Look at how many fools accepted vouchers then went on trustpilot to say how wonderful agni travel was and now the same people are back on trustpilot saying how they have been let down) CASH IS KING REMEMBER CASH IS KING DID I SAY CASH IS KING THINK ABOUT IT this is what appears to be happening....... Agni give voucher You try to claim Agni say sorry no availability Then price increases Then they give priority of accomodation to people who are not using vouchers Then your voucher is old and worthless Then you lose your holiday Then Agni win :-( When I phoned Agni, I was able to speak to one of their muppets He put his hand over the phone whilst he talked to a colleague and I heard him say "I've got one of the suckers on the phone" WHOSE A SUCKER NOW AGNI????
