Disgusting thieving scum bags stole our money !!! Originally booked a holiday in 2018 for May 2019. They made my life a misery not replying to messages when it was clear flying was out of the question during the first wave and when they did reply it was short abrupt, rude and unhelpful.
We then rebooked for May 2021 and told them that our flights were continuously being cancelled and country was on the amber list and they said not our problem we are open and suggested we get a private jet!! Scum!!
