STOLE £700 FROM ME AS MADE ME PAY A DEPOSIT TWICE, STATING THAT THE 2ND DEPOSIT WOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FINAL BALANCE OF THE HOLIDAY. THE HOLIDAY DIDN'T HAPPEN DUE TO A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!! YET THEY KEPT MY MONEY - BOTH LOTS! THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION, NO EMPATHY AND ARE CLEARLY MONEY GRABBING BASTARDS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
