Saw all the other reviews after we returned from our holiday.
I booked through Holiday lettings and they used Agni travel as their agent. Booking was all smooth, communication was great. Kept in touch whilst we were away and the one small problem I had, they replied to within 2 hours.
All the really bad reviews seem to be during covid - small businesses were effected terribly and they probably couldn’t afford to continually give refunds else they would go bust.
I had no problems.
