Die Ware am 03.01.25 bestellt, Bestellbestätigung erhalten, Sendungsverfolgungslink funktioniert nicht, ewig keine Versandbestätigung erhalten, auf Rückfrage wo die bestellte Ware bleibt, nur eine knappe Info die Ware sei nicht in ihrem Haus und man wisse nicht wann sie kommt, auf neuerliche Rückfrage ob man bitte nachfragen könnte, wieder nur eine knappe Rückmeldung man wisse nicht wann die Ware kommt... so etwas kann man nicht Kundenservice nennen. Heute, 28.1., ist die Ware dann eingetroffen.
