Mit dem Bestellvorgang, der Lieferzeit, der Qualität des Produktes und den Geschäftsbedingungen von Agradi war ich sehr zufrieden. Leider hatte die Verpackung und das Produkt die ersten paar Tage sehr unangenehm gerochen. Den Geruch kann ich nicht genau definieren, nach Keller, Schimmel, etc. - keine Ahnung - Gott sei Dank verflüchtigt sich der Geruch immer mehr und mehr und ich kann mich uneingeschränkt über mein tolles Zaumzeug freuen.
