Ware war gut verpackt und wurde zeitnah versandt. Ein Teil passte leider nicht und muss zurück geschickt und neu bestellt werden. Hier wurde dann der ursprüngliche versandfreie Betrag wieder hoch berechnet + Bearbeitungsgebühr. Das finde ich wirklich sehr schade,, nun muss ich für das neue Teil wieder Versandkosten bezahlen, oder über den Mindestbetrag von 99 EUR kommen. Finde ich ehrlich gesagt nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich. Bin enttäuscht.
