Un scandale, commande qui part en retard, impossible d’annuler, volonte de renvoyer les produits mais taxe sur montant retour + changement cout expedition vu que je retourner des produits. Un gros vol ! Remboursé 26€ pour plus de 42€ de marchandises. C’etait ma derniere commande. Le sav n’a meme pas proposé de faire un geste bref tres decue …
